MB-45; MB-45D

Window and door system without thermal insulation.
The constructional depth of the window sections is as follows: frame – 45 mm, sash – 54 mm and doors: 45 mm and 45 mm, respectively. These depths of sash and frame sections create the effect of one surface on the outside when closed (for windows) along with flush sash and frame surfaces (for doors). The shape of their profiles facilitates slim and durable window and door structures.
A key advantage of the MB-45 system is that the profiles (including frames, sashes and lacings) can be bent, which enables the construction of various types of arches and arch structures.
Their sealing is provided by special EPDM synthetic rubber gaskets, which guarantee resistance to ageing under long-term operation.
The system can incorporate glass pane sets from 2 mm to 35 mm thick in window sashes and from 2 mm to 26 mm in fixed windows and door sashes.
The MB-45 system may also be used as a basis for a a variety of special solutions: MB-45D smoke-proof partitions and doors (Class S30) and MB-45S “grooved” doors.
